Summer 2025 Web Dev and App Dev Coaches (high school and college students)
We are seeking passionate high school and college students to serve as coaches for our beginner, intermediate, and advanced Web Development and App Development classes. No prior experience is needed-we provide all the curriculum ahead of time to ensure you feel confident and prepared. This is more than just a volunteer opportunity-it’s a chance to develop leadership skills, inspire the next generation of coders, and be part of a supportive and driven community. Mission Statement: At Bit by Bit Coding, we believe that coding is more than just a technical skill--it’s a tool for empowerment. Our mission is to provide free, high-quality programming education to students worldwide, breaking down barriers of geography, gender, and socioeconomic status. Expanding access to coding education through free courses, workshops, and mentorship. Creating inclusive learning opportunities, particularly for young girls in STEM. Supporting the next generation of leaders by providing guidance in both technical and leadership skills. Description: This summer, Bit by Bit Coding is offering FREE virtual coding classes to students of all ages! Our summer sessions will begin on July 5th and run for 4 weeks every Saturday. Each class will conclude with an exciting hackathon, where participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills. Certificates of achievement will be awarded to all participants, recognizing their hard work and accomplishments. We are offering courses in Web Development and App Development at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, ensuring that there is something for everyone, whether you're just starting your coding journey or looking to take your skills to the next level. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals of all ages to learn valuable coding skills, receive mentorship, and gain recognition for their efforts.
