Science Specialist

Type of help: Position Overview: As a Science Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing lesson plans in a variety of our community-based programming including in our after-school sites and virtual program. Key Responsibilities: · Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures. · Promote high-quality and developmentally appropriate teaching and learning in the in-person and online programs · Oversee the integration of technology into the curriculum to enhance learning experiences and support 21st-century skills development. · Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from staff, mentors and stakeholders.
