Earn your community service hours for a truly great cause- raising pet adoptions in Palm Beach County.

All middle and high school students in Palm Beach County can take this fantastic volunteer opportunity.

Simply take the ADOPT, NEVER SHOP Pledge which involves volunteering in 3 basic ways:

Volunteer onsite at your local animal shelter for 8 hours. Help them in any way they need: the pets will love having you make their lives easier ( 8 community service hours earned)
Write a pet profile featuring a specific pet that caught your eye and relate your shelter experience "from the heart" (500 words) (8 community service hours earned)
Sign our ADOPT, NEVER SHOP pledge and share your pet profile story with EVERYONE you know urging them to take the pledge and consider adopting/fostering a loving pet of their own. This is YOUR chance to shine and gain public recognition for your campaign volunteerism (40 Pledge signatures earns 5 community service hours)
