The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. Type of help: What you’ll do: • Formulate and develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business goals • Gather and analyze data on competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation • Define and segment target customer groups based on demographics, behaviors, and needs • Develop and refine sales forecasting models to predict future sales performance • Understand and map the customer journey to optimize interactions and improve customer experience • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives • Effectively communicate sales strategies, objectives, and performance to key stakeholders
