Volunteer Coordinator Assistant

The Volunteer Coordinator Assistant supports the Volunteer Coordinator in managing and organizing volunteer activities and relationships. Key duties include assisting with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, tracking hours, and maintaining communication with volunteers to ensure they feel engaged and informed. The assistant may also help plan training sessions, coordinate volunteer recognition efforts, and manage volunteer records. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, which is vital in ensuring a positive experience for volunteers and smooth operation of volunteer programs.

Organizational Objectives are: 1. Create and develop future goal that will empower and guide victims in moving forward after the abuse; 2. Educate victims about financial abuse in domestic violence relationships; 3. Provide the resources and tools to help victims to leave an abusive situation to include but not limited to transportation, educational expenses, child subsidy;
