Availability: Key Responsibilities: Monitor the volunteer email inbox daily. Read and sort incoming emails to identify priority communications and route them to appropriate departments if necessary. Respond to emails from volunteers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and respectful manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications. Keep accurate records of communications and follow up as required. Work closely with the volunteer coordination team to ensure that all volunteer needs are met and that their contributions are acknowledged. Provide feedback to the management team on common questions or concerns raised by volunteers to help improve organization practices.
