Position Overview & Basic Function:
The Content Design Intern works closely with the Executive Director/Founder. The Development department exists to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individuals & companies interested in supporting Dare Humanity. In addition it is to create awareness, educate and involve our audiences.
Strongly preferred: someone currently pursuing or who has obtained a degree in Nonprofit Administration, Communications or a closely related field.
Type of help:
Core Responsibilities: Assisting with the development of content for fundraising campaigns, including thinking creatively about campaign messages, as well as implementing the logistics of campaigns (social media posts, e-mails, campaign landing page, etc). Assisting with the development of materials for presenting Dare Humanity to potential partners and donors. Assisting with the development of marketing and communications campaigns and scheduling campaigns - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and MailChimp (email) Work with other interns on projects and campaigns. ** Experience with Instagram reels and short form video is a plus. ** Specific hours, start and end dates are flexible and to be determined between the intern and the Executive Director/Founder.
