BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing free
Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word
of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the
transformative power of Volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message
of hope and faith.

Responsibilities:
● Plan and coordinate 4-8 fundraising events annually, ensuring they align with
BluShues' mission and goals.
● Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor
management, budgeting, and timeline development.
● Develop advertising materials and marketing strategies to promote fundraising
events, including social media campaigns, print materials, and digital advertising.
● Work closely with partners and sponsors to organize events that support
BluShues' mission, providing them with necessary support and resources.
● Manage event registration processes, ticket sales, and attendee
communications.
● Collaborate with the volunteer coordination team to recruit and manage event
volunteers.
● Evaluate the success of fundraising events through post-event analysis and
reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for
future events.
● Maintain accurate records of event-related expenses, income, and donor
information.

Wish List: Qualifications and Competencies: ❖ Bachelor's degree/College Diploma in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or event planning preferred but not required. ❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ❖ Knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices. ❖ Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising platforms. ❖ Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously preferred but not required. ❖ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. ❖ Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles can be a plus. ❖ Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining donor confidentiality.
