Office Assitant-Emails & Phone Calls-Sourcing Care Package Locations
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The primary responsibility for this role is securing locations where we can distribute our care packages to women. Ideal persons of interest are doulas, birthing centers, and OBGYN offices. We also have a strong interest in making hospital connections.
There will also be minor filings of acknowledgment letters for charitable gifts and donations; creating sign-up sheets for volunteer events, and responding to website inquiries.

I'm Jamilah Robinson. My fellow board members, Emily Gamboa, Jescikia Sam, Crystal Boykin and I are seeking your support in a venture we hold near and dear to our hearts. We are a group of women who have experienced pregnancy losses ranging from first term miscarriages to stillborns. We know the emotional and physical toll that this type of loss carries and have committed to helping others in this situation by founding a non-profit organization: Missing Pieces Support Group. Our mission is to bring awareness to pregnancy loss by providing informational resources; to form a mindful community that bridges the gap for similar support services, and to provide a platform that gives families the opportunity to share their stories online.

QUALIFICATIONS: If you're interested, you should have: -Good communication skills -Some experience in dealing with people professionally -2 hours per week available to take on tasks
